LG is Life is Good but LG makes me Life is hard. Ordered the air purifying fan on July 12 and even though I requested to have the product the next days shipment it came on 5 days later which is the 17th. Doesnt make sense. Second I ordered a new air purifying fan but LG sent me the open box one or a refurbished one to me. This is absolutely ridiculous. The product has a scratch on it the remote control doesnt have a battery and the manual with the remote control plastic bag is opened furthermore the product is not cleaned up. The weirdest thing is I found the return label in the box. LG sent a refurbished one or an open box one to me. I bought the new one. Is this company that deceives consumers? Third customer service. What does the call center do? Just keep saying replacement will be shipped and send back the first one. The call center does not belong to LG electric. They asked me to email LG Electric because I would like to receive a sincere apology. It gives me a hard time in many ways. The customers time and energy to process it over an hour on the phone are not worth considering but they only read the manual.

Have been using the air cleaner tower for nearly a month. Runs every day Can feel the difference. The only weird normal? event related to running a humidifier At the save time. The Air purifier tells me the Air is always unhealthy. Cant quite figure out what its detecting. Regardless very happy with the performance and would highly recommend.

The very modern striking design think the Shard skyscraper in London contains within an excellent air purifier and fan. With smart device enabled through the LG ThinQ app the air quality is constantly monitored and filtered. Its whisper quiet and with a screen that provides air quality fan speed and diagnostics. Very pleased and heartily recommended.

I am impressed by how quiet airflow is. Of course one can hear the sound on high but not low settings. The particle sensor is very sensitive and can identify the effect of an open window or a door ajar in a few seconds. I would appreciate it if the app could be used to alert me of an unusual event while away from home like an alarm. But it is a change to the software as the hardware can do it.
