Cafe French Door Fridges With A Side of Keurig

For a few years now, GE has been manufacturing a French Door Fridge that includes a convenient hot water dispenser. After asking their customers what they would like to see changed about their products, a number of people indicated they would like to be able to dispense coffee or tea from their fridge. In listening to their customers, GE approached Keurig with the idea of collaborating. It is from this collaboration we get GE Cafe's Full Depth and GE Cafe’s Counter Depth French Door Smart Fridges. These fridges, available in both counter depth and full depth configurations, have a built-in Keurig machine alongside the previously mentioned hot water dispenser.
Along with the convenience of a built-in Keurig machine, the fridges are app enabled, so you can start the water preheating either through your phone or via voice command. That way, you can start the water heating before you even get out of bed, and it will be hot and ready for you before you even step out of the shower. Not a fan of coffee? Not a problem! The hot water can be dispensed directly, making it suitable for tea, instant oatmeal, or a number of other cool (or hot!) applications. In addition to this, Cafe's Precise Fill feature can dispense an exact measurement of water, ranging from a couple ounces to a couple quarts, with cup and liter measurements available as well.
And let's not overlook the convenience of having two appliances in one, saving the counter space that would be taken up by a Keurig and/or a tea kettle. In many if not most kitchens, counter space comes at a premium. Toasters, blenders, electric can openers, stand mixers... the variety of things that can take up counter space seems endless. Taking one of these things – one that might be used daily – off the counter can be a great relief.
