Back by popular demand, Julie is teaching another Salmon class with new recipes. For starters, she will be making Smoked Salmon Chowder. It’s comforting and perfect on those cold evenings. Julie will teach you an easy and beautiful way to prepare Salmon. It’s called, “Salmon Wellington.” She will be making her favorite Salmon side dishes. It’s an Orzo Salad with Salmon, Feta and Asparagus with a tasty vinegarette. For dessert, she will prepare Chocolate Chunk Blondies.
