This Jenn Air is replacing the exact one that blew up on me 4 months ago from being faulty the Jenn Air that blew up was 3 years old. My new one I havent used due to being scared to use it. The pictures shown is my old Jenn Air. Hope I will be able to use my new one in the near future. I can say the Jenn Air people were great to work with to get this issue taking care of they sent their safety man out took pictures and he called them right from my house, within a hour a sales rep was contacting me with information on a replacement product line. Lets hope the new one improved and is not faulty.

As soon as we got the product, the knobs were crooked. They came and "adjusted" them as best they could, but they are still crooked. Also have continual issues with the pilot lights clicking intermittently. They replaced a board in the stove and say it is now "working as designed" but I don't know that this is true.

Pinpoint control of flames, heavy-duty grids, high BTU burners. Wish there were a light indicator showing a burner is on but aside from that it's perfect.

We have used our electric Jenn-air downdraft range since 1981 and have never had any problems with it. And trust me, it got a daily workout with several meals a day for a growing and hungry family. Can hardly wait to enjoy your gas range downdraft model for many years to come.
