I love this microwave/ convection combo. This allows me to have a second oven without having a “Double†oven which I would only use about twice a year. It has a larger capacity than a drawer microwave but sits in my island like I wanted. The matte black is amazingly modern and fresh! I definitely love the value and quality vs price of my Kitchenaide appliances.

I’ve had this microwave for a year and a half with a few minor issues. Once in a while when I turn on the microwave function the turntable doesn’t spin and it doesn’t seem to heat up, but when I cancel and try again it’s completely fine. Lately the tone indicating completion of cooking doesn’t sound. All other tones work so I have to check that the timer has run down to confirm that cooking is complete. Not sure if this can be fixed!?
