First one arrived damaged and was replaced with no issues, although it took 3 weeks. So far it works great. We I wouldn't consider it an upgrade over the Maytag it replaced(for cosmetic reasons), but it does match perfect with the other Samsung appliances which was the goal. All the functions work fine but you still have to be careful with the popcorn.
