mininium usage. stopping heating after 40days. schedule for service repairing, but no phone call to confirm, or the techician never show up.

this is my second samsung micro. first one died after 4 years. had a replacement policy for ;new one but this one is not user friendly. the numerical panel is way to dark to read unless you use a light! poor design, it should have had a backlight.
