Broken after 5 years

We used this rarely for 5 years. I was fine with it for the first four. Then, I began having some issues with the temperature not reaching 400 or above. Then, I used the self clean and it locked and I can not turn it back on. I hired a professional to evaluate it, they checked the fuse and said that was not the problem, and then said it would cost $1500 to fix. Now, I have to get a new oven.

I replaced my 16 year old Kitchen aide oven for a new. Love the features and the look but the timer has the most lame sound! Can hardly hear it plus the cool down fan is very loud. If the sounds could be reversed that would be awesome! Any remedies? >
