Excellent range one serious design flaw

Nobody at Lowes knew the differences between models. Check 6333 6335 6337 before you buy. On 6333 and 6335 we bought 6335 the keyboard is not backlit. Have not seen 6337 plugged in. We have to shine a flashlight on it in order to tell what command we are entering. The clock is backlit but not the command icons.

Bought this stove while buying all other appliances. Very happy with it so far. Please rethink maybe a scuff guard for the front as mine is getting scratches from teenager useage.

Oven stopped working after 2. Kept shutting off on its own after a minute or two. Then the stove top stopped turning on. After 5 months the entire unit had completely stopped working. Lg customer service was terrible. Still waiting on a refund after 3 service repair visits and being told a full refund would be issued over a month ago.

My wife has had nothing but problems when trying to bake in this oven. It has erratic temperature swings and bakes too hot and burns items. She has to babysit this oven using a manual oven thermometer and constantly adjust temp. We have had repair techs out five times to replace parts and now we are asking LG to replace it.
