Poor knobs unable to use all features

Good product but knobs are failing after owning for a year. All knobs lost ink after cleaning with all purpose cleaner. Unable to use all features without knowing what each turn is intended for. One knob stripped off as well. Oven heat is great but the poor knobs makes it difficult to use.

Pretty nice range. The cooktop is hard to keep clean but all glass/electric cooktops are like that. The gasket around the edge of the cooktop has small tears in it after minimal cleanings and the stainless-steel on the front edge has small scratches in it. I suppose thats my fault but I dont know how I did that. Ive never cleaned it with anything abrasive.

Wiring harnesses were not plugged in properly so entire top of stoveburners did not work. I would normally not complain but because 3 appliances of the 4 had issues I will.
