Oven Cooks Poorly

I purchased this electric range one year ago along with a Whirlpool refrigerator and Whirlpool microwave. The cooktop of the range cooks as designed. The oven cooks very poorly. In spite of raising the temperature above the recipe instructions and cooking longer than directed the food is still not cooked thoroughly.

I got my drive about 2 weeks ago. It is awesome. I pure love it. I love that u can lock out and the warming area. Also the cook from frozen feature.
