improvement for the interior of Dishwasher

We have been using the dishwasher for about a month now and like the results we experience. Does a great job getting the dishs clean. We find it a bit difficult loading the machine in the top section. and Especially the flatware area. Since the handles go in first we have to handle the dirty end of the flatware. Also the glassware can be somewhat difficult to load.

Worked for only the first two months. then it stopped spring hot water and stop dissolving tabs and did not clean the dishes at all. I have been trying for over a month to get it fixed. There have already been two techs out and it is still not working. Warranty service is horrible. Had I known I never would have purchased. Still washing my dishes by hand.

The thing that Influenced four stars versus five is the baskets. I found the placement of the prongs awkward, making the loading multiple types of dishes inefficient.
