First the good part: it cleans dishes and pots very well, so it does the job. But... The first few weeks the dishwasher will emit a strong odor of burnt plastic and car tire. This seems to be mostly caused by the low quality of the insulation on the exterior. Then it was said to notice that there is no place for softening salts - in Europe everydishwasher has it and the same model from Bosch does have it - why the US version needs to have less features? it can make a difference when water is hard. Then the minor thing that really bother us: we waited for 18 months to get our dishwasher, you read that right: EIGHTEEN MONTHS. We stick with Bosch because we already had a Bosch oven and we did want a matching design. UNFORTUNATELY the bar handle of the dishwasher is quite different with respect to the bar handle of the over (same series 800): it is thinner and it connects in a different way to the front panel. My GE refrigerator has handles that are a better match with the oven (!!!) Finally the user manual: no explanation on the wash cycle, if one wants to understand what is going one and why it takes so much and what happens when you select Eco (reducing temperature) and Crystal Dry (increasing temperature)? Funny things: the "Speed60" lasts 1h and 14mins not 60mins (!!!) - for everybody convenience I attach the photo of the cycle summary we have done for ourselves If we could go back in time we would not buy this again and we advise to evaluate some other brand

Can a dishwasher be beautiful? This one is inside and out. Happy with everything about it, just not how long it took to get it.
