Even with the Rinse Aid setting on maximum, and the Extra Dry option selected, dishes come out clean but wet. This model lacks the CrystalDry feature of lower-priced models.

We purchased this high end Bosch for two features: short cycle and ability to remove and replace trays to wash tall objects. The short cycle works fine although the digital controls are finicky and often difficult to use. However, the trays, which are relatively easy to remove are nearly impossible to put back in. We had to call out a repairman to get them reinstalled. This is a big difference from the tray in our lesser Bosch we had for 15 years whose tray went out and back in with ease. Also, the space for wine glasses is much more limited in this high end DW than our prior model, which is annoying to us.

I like it. I like it a lot. High quality unit that came with everything needed for installation. Rack adjustments and attachments make loading easy. The stainless steel kick plate definitely adds to its look. It may not dry as well as the newer units with the crystals, but it doesn't do a bad job at all. Plus it's so quiet you wouldn't know it's running unless you hear the sink gurgle when it drains. Everything comes out clean without worrying about rinsing ahead of time. Too bad it's discontinued, I'd 100% recommend it.

Bosch has thought of features that make them stand out. Quite, light shine on floor so I know In cycle, a special spot to wash your sponge, the 3rd rack is a must have, multiple ways to arrange dishes,pots by a simple push up or down of racks.
