I received this to try for free and OMG I absolutely love these Hickory Wood chips. I usually use the Applewood chips which are also awesome I will be purchasing more of this kind. I love how it infuses my chicken and burgers with a wonderful flavor. The smell is mouth watering.

I put these chips in the imperial smoker and wow they work really good together. Just be sure to watch the heat not too much is required for the smoke show The chips are nice big chunks so they do what they are suppose to do.....smoke. Best chips Ive used.

I bought the Hickory Wood Chips to smoke a brisket. The smell they put out and the taste of the brisket had me wishing I had more. I will be buying more of these and trying some of the other ones too
