Terrible shipping slow returns

Despite ordering this bracket and a stackable washer and dryer a full month ago I still cant tell if it is any good. Weve received 3 irreparably dented washer/dryers and now have one slightly dented washer sitting waiting to be hooked up on the off chance that the 5th unit we are sent somehow isnt dented. In the meantime we still havent received a refund for the first pair of units we were sent in other words weve loaned LG a few thousand dollars for a month for the privilege of having no working laundry.

The stacking kit was a game changer

We bought this stacking kit for our front load washer and dryer in Aug 2021. It is now Oct 2022 and this has been such a game changer for our tiny laundry room. Being able to stack the dryer on top of the washer allowed room for our extra upright freezer in the tiny space--which was such a helpful solution as we had nowhere else to put the freezer. Installation had its tricky moments but I dont think this was an install that required YouTube guidance as we often defer to these days but dont feel badly if you need a little YouTube guidance with your install

We needed to stack washer and dryer and I was worried how solid this will be it was an easy install and the dryer on top of the washer is locked solid into place. No worries.

I wanted to add a half-bath and had to take room from my laundry area. This stacking attachment was vital. I was so pleased that you had exactly what I needed I am now able to use my stacked washer/dryer and have the convience of the second toilet and sink. Im one happy woman.
