I had my old mattress for 35 years. And I just started to wake up with back stiffness last April. I was told that it may take 3 to 4 months for me to get used to the new mattress because I had the old one for such a long time. Looking forward to waking up without any stiffness in my back. I sleep very well on this mattress since I am a back sleeper
