I’d love to give this a 5 but I contacted your help line and responded to their email with photos of the missing part and it’s been about two weeks and no one has responded. Could someone look into this???

We love this refrigerator! Food and drinks stay so fresh in this unit that it has cut our food waste down significantly. My husband and I call it the "miracle refrigerator" because food never seems to go bad in it. We even joke that we are going to move into it so we will stay young forever. The interior is roomy and well laid out, and the black interior is chic! In addition, it is quite- we never hear any noise from it when the door is closed. We are very happy with this product!
