I bought this a couple of months ago and already had to have it serviced. The drawers are not level and hinges were missing. If you use door bins with covers and open the covers items fly out because of design.

I bought the refrigerator 4 year ago and have had a constant problem with the door flap (rail mullion) coming off. It finally broke and no one a Kitchenaid can tell what part to order or where to order it. Its kind of an important part as it ensures a proper seal of the refrigerator. After charging over $8,000 for a refrigerator you'd think they would have some required parts, or at least know where to get them.
