I purchased a new refrigerator in the month of September 11, 2022. I was expecting company for thanksgiving. It arrived a week later. It gave me more space than I ever had. I was happy. A week before Thanksgiving my refrigerator broke down. It wouldnât stop beeping. Plus, I had to pack all my groceries on ice. I went to Home Depot for help. They informed me there wasnât much they could do because it was now under warranty. I spoke to a customer service rep. at Frigidaire. I got an appointment for a repair after thanksgiving. Needless to say Thanksgiving was ruined, along with much of my groceries. I was informed by the repair rep. that it needed a compressor and they had none in stock. Theyâd call me when one came in. So that delayed it for another week. I waited a week and I never heard from anyone. I called to check on the status of the service. I was told that they had no idea of what was going on. After many calls, it was discovered that the service company (Frigidaire) had used never informed them that a new compressor was needed. Frigidaire sent the part to my house. 3 more days passed. Now we are three weeks closing in on Christmas, a time when my family of six comes to stay for a week. Once the compressor arrived a repair person came and Christmas was saved. The refrigerator was working. Though it sounded more like an airplane engine afterwards. Loud and persistent. In July I woke up to the refrigerator beeping and a large puddle of water all over the kitchen floor. It was completely dead. This time the deal was that the refrigerator shut itself down and they needed to change some computer parts. I lost more groceries. I was informed by the repair rep that the compressor was never changed, but that Freon was added. I think I still have the compressor in storage. Iâm afraid to look and see, because Iâll be really livid then. The repair person gave me her number and asked me to text or call her with the status. It broke again three days later. I called her. Her response baffled me. I asked her how soon could she get here. She said I needed to put in another service call through Frigidaire. I was given a date of repair 7 days from the day I called. No rush. Today the same repair person came. She couldnât look me in the eye. I asked her why was I not being given another unit since this one was not even a year old. She said it was not up to her. Which is confusing, since the Frigidaire customer service reps informed me that it was up to the repair person that make that decision. I informed her of this. Her answer baffled me. Again. She said the customer service reps are using that as a way to placate the clients, but that it isnât true. The unit broke down again tonight, July 27th, the beeping wonât stop. Less than 24 hours since the repair person was here. Iâll wake up to make a call for Frigidaire to give me another service call appointment. Possibly a week from tomorrow.

I'm really enjoying my new fridge. I can open the waist level doors and see everything !The freezer space is very convenient when I bring in my groceries. The pizzas are in a good place on end. The ice maker is wonderful! And I live that it churns out 5 lbs overnight. The outside of my fridge wipes up easily too.
More than sufficient room in the freezer and refrigerator for everything I buy.

I love my Frigidaire. I can store 6 to 7 tall items which I could never do in my old refrigerator. The freezer is roomy and easy to find frozen items. Ice maker and water dispenser is sufficient for all our needs. Preset freezer and refrigerator temps are ideal.Ice cream is frozen but not like a brick and items in the refrigerator are perfectly cold.

I love my new frig. Love the big freezer on the bottom. I can now store all my garden produce and not wonder where I'm going to put it. Love all the space on the doors for all my bottled items.

Going from a 2002 Kenmore side by side to this refrigerator has been night and day, the bottom freezer drawer has so much more room than the side by side which used at least 25% of its space for the ice maker alone, with narrow baskets which didnât hold half of what this does. the upper area has a great slide out for deli products and many adjustable shelves so you can customize for personal needs, the compact ice and water dispenser is awesome, with an already whole house filter system, I know out water from the fridge is as good or better than bottled water so no more plastic bottles purchased here.
