Loud Rumbling Fridge

I would love to say this is a great purchase but for us it is not. I purchased this model in 2019 from Bray and Scarff. It was fine until about 1 and a half year in. The refrigerator would randomly make a very loud constant noise that would last up to 30 seconds. I first thought it would stop but if did the opposite, it got progressively louder, lasting longer and occurred more frequent with time. I finally called Bray and Scarff and thankfully we purchased a warranty. Well the have been here twice to service it and the same thing is still happening. It is a very loud motor sound that gets progressively louder, oh and now there is a constant hum along with the random loud motor. Another new problem, the water that comes out of the fridge is now very, very slow. We keep a stash of filters and change them as prompted. For $3000 I expected better. The older fridge we had was fine but it was old and we wanted something more modern. Well old wins the race because this refrigerator has been more problems than any fridge I have every known of in my lifetime.
