Brand new $4,000 purchase and has not worked from day 1. Lost all our frozen food because the freezer is not working. Also won’t produce any ice. Customer service is horrible and no help. Been a week now waiting for a technician to come and figure this out. Thoroughly fed up with GE. Don’t buy this product. Should have known better, we had the same product previously and that died after 5 years. GE very poor in all aspects.
