we've had our refrigerator for 8 months and it randomly stops cooling. we've lost a lot of money in wasted food. samsung will not refund the cost of the product, but will send their preferred contractor to your house to evaluate and make suggestions for the repair if you're in warranty. the support line would not provide a clear answer on samsungs return or refund policy.

This refrigerator has stopped cooling and freezing 3 times since we bought it less than a year ago. They replaced the “mother board” and it still stops cooling. We have lost food 3 times and are not happy
