After 18 years it was time to replace my refrigerator. I needed counter depth profile to enable delivery as my house is 100 yes old and doorways are not as wide as modern houses. I’m giving three stars for look and size. As far as reliability, the controls panel malfunctioned 3 days after installation. A part had to be ordered and still waiting for repair. I’m not a happy customer at the moment.

We really like your counter depth refrigerator. The finish is really nice. Love the shut down feature when the door goes open. Ice maker works well. Price was good.

I love the features and the space. We did have an issue with the freezer shelves - the metal bars kept falling off. However, we were sent new shelves to replace them. So happy they are making it right!
