Kelly's Shopping Experience
In this article, we hope to help you get an idea of what shopping with Kelly’s is like so that you are set up for success, have an enjoyable experience, and walk away with an appliance you have confidence in.
Getting Started by Reading our Blogs
To help get you on the right track, we offer an ever-growing catalog of blogs on our website that you can check out here. These articles are designed to help you get your bearings and give you helpful insight into market trends, pros and cons, and insight into the latest and greatest the appliance industry has to offer.
Contacting Kelly’s Home Center
We try to offer a diverse number of ways for you to shop with us. For starters, we have four brick-and-mortar stores throughout the Willamette valley. Salem, Corvallis, Eugene, and Medford are where you can find our physical stores. You can get more details about each of these locations (including contact info) here. At each location, you can also schedule a visit, or show up at your leisure—whatever suits your needs.
If you aren’t ready to come into the store, that’s fine too! We are reachable by phone at all of our stores, and from our website you have the ability to begin a text message conversation with a member of our team, or you can shoot us an email from our contact page.
We Will Ask Questions to Know What You Need
There are thousands of appliances out there, and there is no shortage of colors, features, and styles. If you are not sure what you are after, that is no problem. We are here to help and more than willing to ask you some clarifying questions to figure out what works best for you.
If you have general ideas, great! Even if you do not have it all figured out, starting with things like color and style can really help us get you on the right track. If you have it narrowed down to a specific model, we’re more than happy to answer questions you have about it, what its availability is like, and offer comparisons to other similar products.
In order to make sure that the appliances will fit into your home you probably should come prepared.
There are a few things we can do to help get you dialed in. For starters, pictures are a terrific way for our team to see what you have in your home, get a general idea of dimensions, and we can usually get a general idea of what a comparable replacement would be this way.
If you know the model number of your appliance (we can usually help you locate it if not) we can try and pull spec sheets so we know what would be most likely to work in your space.
Finally, we have certified contractors that we work with and are happy to recommend—specifically for built-in appliances like, wall ovens, and cooktops (to name a couple)—who can come out and take measurements. We acknowledge that this process can be lengthy at times, but our hope is that we can get it right the first time and only “cut” once so to speak.
If you are having any issues with your product after purchase, please reach out to us to see how we can help. We have a network of service shops that we work with to take care of appliances under and out of warranty, so you are covered for the life of the appliance.
We want to make your shopping experience fantastic and fulfilling. We understand that the process can feel overwhelming and that purchasing appliances for many households is important (and a huge asset).
Please do not hesitate to contact Kelly’s Appliance with questions and reach out to us through any of the aforementioned channels of communication we have available. We are here to help, and we look forward to the opportunity of doing so.
