Return Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction and strive to help you get it right the first time, but we understand that returns happen. Returning a product can be stressful and we are here to make it as easy as possible. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your unique needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our product experts and allow them to be your trusted advisor before making your purchase.

Kelly’s Home Center accepts returns within seven (7) days of receipt of an item if the item has not been used and is still new in the box. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and delivery charge. Special orders such as built in or custom designs are non-refundable and the sale is final. Likewise, shipping, delivery, and install charges are non-refundable. After the seven (7) day return period, products will be covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty. All returns and exchanges must be approved by a manager. Kelly’s Home Center reserves the right to deny any return. Exchanges due to service and/or repair issues will only be authorized if the manufacturer deems a product not repairable.

Pricing and Specifications

Errors in pricing and/or specifications may occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, up to and including cancelling any orders placed at an incorrect price.

Delivery Terms and Instructions

Standard Delivery: Unit is dropped off at the specified location in carton to the garage or first floor. This does not include deliveries where accessing the first floor requires using stairs. Old appliances can be hauled away for an additional charge (see details for Appliance Removal below).  Built-in appliances (including dishwashers and slide-in ranges) are eligible for standard delivery only.

Deluxe Delivery: This is a delivery in which the appliance is uncrated and installed. Kelly’s requires that any parts used for hooking up washing machines, dryers, fridges/freezers, and ranges be purchased by the customer (if they’re not provided by the manufacturer) to ensure proper installation. Exceptions and exclusions apply for certain product lines and special installation circumstances.

Appliance Removal: This term is used in conjunction with the above terms and implies that the appliance is being removed by Kelly’s. For standard delivery, Kelly’s will remove existing appliances for a $15 fee per item if the item is placed in the garage with a clear path for removal. For deluxe delivery, Kelly’s will haul-away items (excluding built-in items, unless un-installed) on a one-for-one basis and will also haul away cartons and packaging.

Water Lines: Water line installation includes connecting to existing valves and connecting to a refrigerator. Kelly’s does not directly connect to pre-existing copper lines.  Installation does not include refinishing any surface through which a water line is run. For refrigerators, Kelly’s connect the water line to the valve if the optional flexible poly water line has been purchased and there is a shut-off valve behind the refrigerator.

Door Removal: As a free service to our customers, Kelly’s will remove the door of a unit or home in order to get the unit to a specified location.  Kelly’s reserves the right to request a signed damage waiver (provided by Kelly’s) before proceeding with delivery if we determine there is a significant risk of damage to your home.

Floor and Threshold Protection:  Kelly’s will use standard industry equipment in the delivery of your appliances to protect your flooring and thresholds as much as possible.

Weather Exceptions: We reserve the right to deem a delivery unsafe in the event that inclement weather causes an unsafe situation to delivery personnel.
