Join Chef Wallace once again as he teaches us how to make another fabulous menu. Begin with pan seared albacore tuna continue with spam musubi, and finish the class by learning to make delicious ramen soup and beautiful simple salad.
It’s your time to have fun and enjoy a hands-on evening of Italian pasta! Be transported to Italy and learn the basics of pasta making from Ruby. It’s fun to make pasta together and experience the full process from learning how to roll the pasta dough to learning the special techniques and secrets to make spaghetti and fettuccine. The class would not be complete without delicious pasta sauce… we will prepare two authentic sauces: Alfredo Sauce and Tuscan Tomato Sauce. Then sit back and savor the results: a delicious plate of two pastas, Green Salad and Italian Bread.
We continue our multi-cooker series with a great line up! Begin the class with a quick and easy multi-cooker appetizer, continue the class by learning to make a tasty Italian soup, and a fabulous ragu over pappardelle pasta and end the night with a moist and delicious carrot cake. We will learn and laugh together as we explore new recipes in the multi-cooker!

In this demonstration based cooking class, you and your date will have the opportunity to learn and ask questions while enjoying an amazing meal! From delicious flatbread, to a beautiful crusted beef roast with an herb mushroom sauce and more- including Chef Cleora's infamous garlic mashed potatoes and a luxurious chocolate mousse! We are excited to invite you and your Valentine to Kelly’s for an interactive and delicious night of food and fun!
During this hands-on class, you will work in teams of two to learn how to create a masterful meal. Begin by learning to make a delicious tomato balsamic bruschetta and continue with how to prep truss, stuff, roast and carve a flavorful garlic and herb whole chicken, the secrets to making a rich and creamy risotto, and finally how to prepare a decadent tiramisu. All the while learning new knife skills, cooking techniques and most of all having fun in the kitchen!

But what if you could make take out food at home and make it Keto friendly? We've got you covered! Chef cleora will walk you through take out and restaurant favorites including Kung Pao chicken and fried rice, a cheesy chicken BLT on Keto bread, jicama fries and a chocolate peanut butter milkshake. You will even learn to make your own Keto ketchup and mayonnaise! We would love to welcome you to join us for another great Keto class!
Whether you’ve been vegan for years or are just starting your journey into vegan cooking, join us for a night of good food and great new recipes! Begin class with a sweet onion and balsamic savory pastry, learn how to make and roll homemade vegan pasta and pair with a delicious wild mushroom and cauliflower cream sauce and enjoy a chocolate raspberry tart for dessert. What do I bring?
If you are attending a demonstration based class, your appetite is the only thing required! We will provide you with a recipe packet, a pen for taking notes, food and drink.
If you are attending a hands-on class, wear comfortable closed-toe shoes with socks and secure hair shoulder-length and beyond with a ponytail, bun or braid.
For childrens cooking classes, we do provide aprons but they are also welcome to bring their own as well. Close toed shoes and secured hair is also recommended for children as well.
Do I register in advance?
Yes. We need to know how much food to purchase. Note that registering for a class does include payment upfront.
How much is a class?
Price is determined per class, so it is always best to check the current schedule to confirm pricing. You also may receive a discount if you sign up for our email list.
Are couples classes priced per couple or per individual?
They are priced per person.
What is the cancellation policy?
For adult classes, you may cancel up to 7 days in advance and receive a refund.
There is a NO refund policy with childrens classes unless we are able to fill the vacated space.
What happens if my class is cancelled?
Due to low registration, weather, and other circumstances, we occasionally cancel a class. A representative from Kelly’s will contact you to let you know if a class has been cancelled and to discuss the method of refund or store credit.
Do we do private classes, events, team-building exercises, or parties?
