Appliance Return Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction and strive to help you get it right the first time, but we understand that returns happen. Returning a product can be stressful and we are here to make it as easy as possible. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your unique needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our product experts and allow them to be your trusted advisor before making your purchase.

Kelly’s Home Center accepts returns within seven (7) days of receipt of an item if the item has not been used and is still new in the box. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and delivery charge. Special orders such as built in or custom designs are non-refundable and the sale is final. Likewise, shipping, delivery, and install charges are non-refundable. After the seven (7) day return period, products will be covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty. All returns and exchanges must be approved by a manager. Kelly’s Home Center reserves the right to deny any return. Exchanges due to service and/or repair issues will only be authorized if the manufacturer deems a product not repairable.

All refunds are processed once the product has been returned to the store. Credit and debit card purchases will be returned to the original payment method and can take up to 7-14 business days to process. Due to business operations, we only keep a small amount of cash on hand therefore cash purchases will be returned in the form of a check and can also take 7-14 business days to process. We appreciate your understanding.
