Customer Advocate
We're seeking a motivated, experienced, professional Customer Service Agent to join our amazing team of employees at our Salem location.
We're looking to cover the 8AM - 5PM period with a full-time worker.
Duties:
- Attend the phones
- Help with customer service
- Help set up service calls
- Listen to clients and try to find solutions for the issue at hand
- Help with clerical roles of tracking inventory with supervisor
- Helping with order management with manager on site
Requirements

- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Amazing time management skills and ability to multitask on a consistent basis
- Understands and utilizes a genuine focus on customer service
- Strong computer skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Understands and performs proper telephone etiquette skills
- Able to pass pre-hire criminal background check and drug screen
Preferred Requirements
- Retail, customer service experience
- Receptionist experience
- Degree is related field
