trouble with fabric softener dispenser

We like our washer for the most part, but after the wash cycle is complete, the fabric dispenser is full of water. Is there something we can do about this?

I have used this washer myself for three weeks and I love it. It is a little noise but not bad.
Spin cycle

Even when I use delicate, or hand was cycle, The spin cycle is way to strong everything comes with tons of wrinkles.
Bleach dispenser leaks bleach onto the floor.

When I put bleach into the dispenser you can here it leak out onto the floor. If I don’t use bleach there water leaking out onto the floor during the run cycle. Please advise what may be causing this. Thanks
