Looks good but lights are horrible

I bought this hood and it looks nice and works. The problem are the lights. Within 6 months light went out on the left. Bulb came out easily but installing new bulb has proved impossible. Trying led to socket falling down which made bulb change easier but it won’t go back up. GE repair man had to disassemble hood to put it back up. Now I’m back in the same situation and both lights out. Nightmare. Why make a product where you can’t change a lightbulb
Poor quality

Not easy to install as the video shows. Recirculating vent requires charcoal filters that are extra. When I contacted GE for the filter they told me it was discontinued. They did send me a filter that kind of fits. Nit attaches with 2 screws and the fan hits the charcoal filter which makes it even noisier. It came damaged on the front corner which you could not tell until it was completely unpacked. Would not recommend and will not buy GE again.

Love it. Use to have a microwave but love the room
As expected.

Hood, once it finally arrived and was installed, worked as expected, is quiet and has a good overhead light. The hood does stick out a bit because the space in which the new stove/oven sits is a bit smaller than the previous appliance. Just need to be careful when opening the cabinet door.
