Poor customer service

my dishwasher was purchsed from and installed by lowe’s. now…less than six months later it has stopped working all together. two weeks ago samsung finally sent out someone to fix it. he was here 20 mintues…said he fixed it but apparently he never tried it because now it does not work at all. just flashes an lc message. getting thru to samsung is time consuming as you can never talk to real person and they apparently could care less that your appliance that you paid a lot of money for does not work. i have now had two more service appointments cancelled by their repair people. lowe’s and samsung have my money…and i have two worthless warranties and a broken dishwasher. extremely dissatisfied.

thrilled with this dishwasher, first time we used it was like a commercial..... dishes came out so clean and sparkling compared to old machine. several features but not too many. "storm wash" feature really works!

I needed to upgrade my dishwasher as my condo came with one that was several years old. This Samsung has several wash options, but I prefer the auto mode. Love the additional top " shelf pull out" for the odd size utensils.

I cannot say how happy that I am with my Samsung dishwasher! It’s very spacious. It’s whisper quiet. I like that I can start the dishwasher & stay in the same room while it is running.
