Great mattress but needs conditioning

The bed mattress is great quality. My only problem is the break-in period for the bed to it to start conforming to our bodies. Even after may years the entire surface will not be broke inThe display one at NFM was great, but here at home I have a feeling it will take months for it to settle in. I still believe the model one at NFM from the manufacturer has been treated different in the respect it had been rolled on mechanically by a plastic or steel drum from side to side and top to bottom.There is no way at NFM, even with the multitude of people that has been on it for 2-10 minutes periodically that could make the mattress overall feel that good. I wish they offered a way even if you had to pay for it additionally to get the membrane "broke-in".

First need to say that Sleep Galleria where the purchase was made was EXCELLENT! The bed is outstanding if you want a very firm but yet comfy top without the thick pillow feel. I love a very firm mattress that does not sink in to your body. This is firm yet soft on the top but it is solid mattress. Must say sometimes I forget the height and fell like i need to jump down off the bed. I give this mattress an A++++++ for everything it promises.

This is our mattress and it is comfortable, but very heavy. Since I am a senior it is hard to lift the sides when changing the sheets.
